The Outlet talks new album, Kream Clicc, and Life with Wes Blanco
Houston artist Wes Blanco has officially announced that his new project, Grease is the Word, will be dropping on the 15th. This new project is hosted by Nick Marino and will be available on Livemixtapes and Spinrilla. We got to speak a little with Wes for the first time.
[NHMO] So, Who are you?
[Wes] Wesbeblanco from the southwest side of Houston,Texas
[NHMO] How did you get started in music?
[Wes] I started making with Kream Clicc (Maxo Kream), slowly branched off into my own lane. I was incarcerated for a bit and began to write a lot. I’ve been writing music since I was 7 years old but I have never picked my mind quite like I did when I was in jail.
[NHMO] What project do you have out or currently cultivating?
[Wes] Grease is the Word my new project drops December 15th hosted by Nick Marino (ASAP Ant’s older brother). It’ll be available for download on Livemixtapes and Spinrilla.
[NHMO] Lastly, what are your goals for your art?
[Wes] My goal with my music is to create familiar feelings within people to draw them closer to me as an artist.
